well i was good last night and didnt eat naughty food last night, tday its onwards and upwards as its the 4th of nov and its my babys birthdya at the end of this montha dn want to look half decent for the pictures!! trieed my dress on from Dotty ps' adn i look dreadful in it - it looks uncomfortable to wear, so im going to hang it out so its a constant reminder that i need to get in it asap!!

Today is going to be pretty much the last day i can be bad(ish) as i have my fitness assessment tomoz at the gym. I'm both nervous about it and excited. I'm pretty unfit but i dont think i'll be the unfittest they've had there. I hope not anyway!

well tdya i was good all day then had a twirl washed down with orange lucozade not good, but im drinking loads of water now, and having veg for dinner - not looking forward to tomight as its bonfire night and no doubt idiot kids will have fireworks going on so ds will be crying - Grrr

Hi everyone!

Well i got back from the gym about half an hour ago after having my fitness assessment. He took my weight, height and blood pressure (which was sky high because of being sooooo nervous about going!) and then i had to lay on a mat while he put electrodes on my right hand and right foot, which then sent an electrical pulse around my body, which measured stuff like body fat, muscle tone, bones etc. Then he took me to the treadmill and i did a 10 minute power walk and then 5 minutes on the bike. We both kinda ran out of time after that so i have to go back next week to have an induction on the weights machines (even though i've used them for years!).

Even tho i've only done 15 mins of exercise, i do feel so much better for it!

The best thing about face book is the games!
