Been doing a 30 min Tae Bo DVD 4/5 times a week, plus press ups and weights....although I've lost inches, clothes feel better etc. The scales are not budging!!

When can I expect to see something? I am not dieting but I have drastically reduced my junk intake and don't smoke or drink

yes, that's it exactly, Saggar

it's a lovely feeling, the being able to continue feeling, isn't it?

Ar*e! I managed about 1.5 miles before the pain in my foot go really bad. WOuld have persisted but I was getting tightenings in the back of my right thigh which suggested I wasn't running right. I so don't want another torn muscle. So I had to walk back. Spent the next hour snapping at everyone. Atm I am popping ibuprofen like sweeties

HR was 144 at it's highest just after I'd tackled a hill.

oh, how annoying, OrmIrian, and well done for not ignoring the pain! have just done 5k, but slowly

really wish I hadn't weighed myself this morning as really thought I had lost weight but I am sodding 10.10 - STILL, how can that be? argh, think I will really have to be stricter on diet to lose weight properly
