Anyone want to shift a stone together

5 feet 2
CW 11 stone
GW 10 stone and then maybe another few but to get to 10 would be a great achievement for me

week 6 of gym classes and walking
day 4 calorie deficit 1500 cals
have done keto and low carb and end up doing 9-12 days then binging on chocolate for 3 days!

allowing sweet treats within my daily cals on some days

will weigh in on Saturdays if anyone wants to join too with similar amount to loose

I weighed in yesterday at 10st 6.5lbs so almost down to my lowest ever. Then obviously sabotaged myself by eating biscoff spread out the jar last night. Such an idiot. It's my husband's birthday today so we're doing a BBQ at the weekend. I'll try and stick with CC as best as possible for it and hit the gym on Saturday&Sunday too

🤤 I'd have done the same with Nutella! A bbq will hopefully be okay to navigate as it can just be the meat. Maybe get a few drumsticks for just you!

Still 10 stone 11 this morning
feel slimmer though and hips down 1 inch
so weird the scales aren’t shifting

11 stone 9 this morning... 2lb back on. Had an amazing week then Friday night and Saturday night I couldn't control myself 😩 ah well, back on it today! Hopefully will have a loss next week.

Do people weigh weekly here or daily? Not sure which way is best. I know if I'd weighed myself on Friday morning I'd have lost 😅

SummerIsComingNowish · 19/05/2025 19:34

@JustPickleRick weekly but I find I gain pounds and loose them then gain and loose
its a slow process for me

@JustPickleRicki weigh myself every other day. I don't think once weekly gives an accurate representation that's all

So I now have nothing social for the next 4 weeks. I'm going to CC and try not to have any slipups and carry on hitting the gym 5-6 times a week as normal. See if I can at least shift 4lbs before my birthday in 4 weeks

JustPickleRick · 20/05/2025 17:09

Thanks for the replies, i'll see how I'm doing tomorrow. It was disappointing having waited a whole week to see it go up instead of down 😅

This group has been a bit quiet of late. How is everyone getting on?

SummerIsComingNowish · 05/06/2025 07:41

I haven’t lost any more weight on scales but I feel slimmer, clothes fitting better
I’m 6 weeks no sugar and low carb I can’t believe I’ve done this long without a binge day (or 5)

how are you?

Well done!!! Not been doing well at all, so rejoined SW to focus myself and so far so good (less than a week in, but sticking to it!)
