lunch...5 boiled sweets and a del monte iced fruit smoothie
eve..salmon, new pots, veg, small slice of dan cake
so not terribly healthy but not that horrific calorie-wise

I lost one pound, I was hoping for more seeing as I sts last week Looks like I need to drop my calories a bit further and do some more exercise. I was hoping I wouldn't need to do that for another 7lb or so

i feel so much better today.he came round last night and i was dreading it but it just strengthened my resolve.
yes it's going to be hard but not much more than when he was here
off to fat club myself soon.whats the beeting i've sts after all the wine i've drunk over the last week

polly delmonte iced fruit smoothies are medicinal in this weather so don't count

those smoothie lollies taste great and they are only 83 cals!!...unlike mini magnums you do only need one

well i stayed the same this week which i am pleased about.
i'm aiming for 2 1/2 next week and that will be 2 stone gone

i've just had a mini milk.it was yum and only half a point!

hi all

sorry not been around much tbh i have been doing really badly and was too ashamed to come and fess up lol
not weighed in for 3 weeks due to various reasons that i could have postponed or whatever but i just know its not going well and dont need them to tell me. must must must go on mon night. feel free to kick my ass if need be!

been a bit off my food the last few days as dd was poorly fri and sat with a fever and vomiting (nice). now ds2 is poorly but he is autistic and cant actually tell me whats wrong but am assuming its the same as dd. hope he isnt sick. dd is sick every single time she is ill which is a bugger as i am more than slightly emetophobic . just cant wait for dh to be home to deal with it but unfortunately he will be back late tonight.

joined a new gym, fitness first, it is hard going, but good to feel the pain iykwim. i think i was needing that little bit extra. am also cycling which is great and not so wobbly on it now as when i first got the bike. think it will be a loooonnnng time before i can venture near a road tho. ho hum.

Don;t feel guilty Bel.... i feel the same!
I had a mini breakdown at my weigh in on tuesday.. was a bit embarrassing tbh. I'd only lost 1/2 lb and just got fed up with dieting... 3 months and only managed 1/2 stone. I know its better than nothing but its just sooo slow.

I know have to present a food diary next monday so the leader can see if/where i'm going wrong.

How are things Katy????

don't give up mine half a stone off is better than on.

things are going ok here.i'm still having a wobble now and then but i have done the right thing and as soon as i get my head from up my arse i can start making myself happy again.one step at a time hey x

have had a lazy day today, dd has been given a book called beautiful doodles and loves it, so when she's not outside racing about, saying look at me, she's doing that, and i've been reading my book.......bliss

polly sounds like a lovely day!

I've been being really good plus yesterday I walked to soft play and back then to school and back later then did areobics last night. My car need's a couple of new wires so I've got to walk today too, lets hope I can lose a couple of 1lb despite having af this week!

I'm feeling loads smaller now, I feel like I've shrunk and it's just hitting me how much i've lost and I really can't quite believe it iykwim? I've still got a bit more to go but I'm thinking soon I'll be concentrating on maitntaining rather than losing, will be weird to go back to eating normal stuff like cake and cheese sandwiches will have to watch i don't go over board!

walking is the way forward lovemygirls.i walk everywhere as i can't drive and really enjoy it,especially in this weather
it's great that you feel smaller.it's a mental thing as well as a physical one isn't it? i still reach for the 14 and 16's when out shopping and have to stop myself.
i sometimes hold clothes up and go "naaah,my bum will never go in then" and when they do the feeling is amazing
well done lovemygirls.you are looking fantastic x

polly ironing counts too.as do enthusiatic impressions of the churchill dog(especislly during sex) pmsl

LLL you will get there, I've had to really up the exercise lately too (dp hardly see's me!) it's swimming mon, rest tue, areobics wed, aquafit thu, ww on fridays then if we can we take the dd's swimming on a sunday too and I walk as and when I can. Compared to swimming once a week when I started WW.

I'm so close to finishing now though and i'm going to carry on doing areobics and aquafit because they are quite good fun and will help me to tone up and keep in shape i hope.

i'm 9st 8 now,sort of maintaining but if i lose any it's a bonus
i would ideally like to lose another half a stone but it's just a number on the scales.i'm happy with my body at the moment.
i agree with the excercise.it becomes addictive.

morning all...have lost another 2 lb...thats 6lb in 3 weeks.....about time too....next week i plan to break into the 12's (stones not size)...am back on the stomach excercises....when i do them i get taller...i kid you not
