I need to loose ten pounds, anyone with me?

Ahh I am really struggling to get these last ten pounds of my baby weight off. But I would very much like to do so in time for the summer holidays (probably unachievable but hey!).
I'm 10stone 10 and I really want to get to 10. At that weight I'd be a comfy size 10 ☺️

I'm a single mum and absolutely no time for gym or exercise atm :( but I can work on my diet! I'm a massive chocolate bungee and do not drink enough water!

Tomorrow is my day 1! Anyone with me? :)

Me again!! Must try harder. I’m off out to do the weekly food shop soon, any suggestions for easy things to eat that won’t spoil my plan

I'm starting tomorrow. My aim is to lose as much as possible (sensibly) for a special meal in a months time. Then carry on till I've lost a stone.

I carry all my extra weight around my middle so not healthy at all.

It's Monday and I'm filled with (more) good intentions. I'm expecting a stressful week at work though, so it may all go out of the window by lunchtime 🤦. My weight spent last week bouncing around, and while my average is (v slightly) down on that of the week before, I suspect it's not fat loss, just a temporary re-distribution of water.

Morning!
So I'm on day 11 (according to my calorie counting app) and I've lost 5Lbs
I'm pleased with that so far, but really slowing down in motivation. I'm generally sticking to calorie count but this weekend I found myself popping the odd biscuit in my mouth, or the odd few strawberries ..without logging them! I know this is only cheating myself so I plan to watch that this week!

I've also slacked a bit on the steps. I know that at the start I was walking loads and that was really helping but over the last 4 days I've dropped down!

My clothes don't feel any different yet which is annoying so I'm glad I'd weighed myself or I'd be disheartening to carry on! In the past I'd been against weighing myself, but I'm hoping it's going to be helpful this time!

This week I plan to focus on walking and protein!! Grin

I feel so bloated and yuk today. Need to get my head in the game and focus today! I've got my calories planned out... just need to stay away from the cornettos in the freezer!

Good luck today everyone ♥️

So I've had a good day today food wise! I have stayed on plan which has felt good! I just hope I can keep it up tomorrow as it's normally day 2 which gets me. If I can crack day two I'll be feeling great!

Whaaaa! Fell off my stride yesterday!

Tested positive for covid Monday and yesterday I just couldn't get a feeling of being full and I ate 500 calories (and rubbish calories) over!

Haven't exercised for 4 days either because if covid and work so last night I was feeling really disappointed but this morning I've taken a deep breath and accepted that there will be days when I'm
Over calories or days when I'm slack on the exercise. I'm telling myself that doing mostly better with what I eat is better than where I was and recognising that good is good enough!

Hoping today I can get back on track because more than just loosing weight, I was finding that eating better (and less) and excercise (just walking at this point) was making me feel sooooo much better overall anyway, despite the Lbs loss.

After my binge last night I was sooo bloated! That's enough to spur me back On!

Hope you're all having a good week....
