I need to loose ten pounds, anyone with me?

Ahh I am really struggling to get these last ten pounds of my baby weight off. But I would very much like to do so in time for the summer holidays (probably unachievable but hey!).
I'm 10stone 10 and I really want to get to 10. At that weight I'd be a comfy size 10 ☺️

I'm a single mum and absolutely no time for gym or exercise atm :( but I can work on my diet! I'm a massive chocolate bungee and do not drink enough water!

Tomorrow is my day 1! Anyone with me? :)

I feel the same about 1200 Cals. I just couldn't keep to it, 1500 to 1600 is much more sustainable.

I have 300 left for today so think I'll have some strawberries and Greek yoghurt.
I'm trying to find some high protein foods if anyone has any tips x

I'm the same. I'm not overweight but I'm at the absolute top of where I can be without moving up a dress size and feeling rubbish :(
Although everything is very tight right now 🙈

These yogurts are my go to sweet treat! All protein yogurts and 150 kcal and under.
Also, options hot chocolate is great! It's like 30 kcal from memory I think!

Good evening all.
Day 1 went OK for me. Fasted until 12 then nothing after 6pm.
I've had 1 grapefruit, a large chicken salad, with some French stick slices. A small pork pie, more salad and an ice cream mars bar.
Not brilliant but I don't think I've over ate.
Drank lots of water and 3x coffees with skimmed milk.
I've never calorie counted, and am techno phone so don't use apps etc.

I'm also on a lose 10lb mission, I lost 5lbs in a few weeks and was feeling great but I've just had a celebratory weekend away and have put on 2lbs. I'm exhausted today and I'm also 513 calories over! I'm using Fitbit and aiming for a 250 cal deficit daily. I'm still breastfeeding a toddler albeit twice a day so maybe in a bit more of a deficit than that

I'm thinking intermittent fasting. Not eating until lunch time. Just need to not stuff myself at lunchtime and afternoon.

I managed quite a bit of walking today so feeling like today was a success. No choc, biccies or wine either.

I'd like to join too please. It's 10lbs I'm looking to lose. Been losing the baby weight since start of this year but think another 10lbs would put me in middle of weight bracket and feel much more comfortable.

How's has everyone's day been?
I've had a good day. I've had a reduced fat burger with slice of cheese and veg for dinner and the scrambled egg and salad for tea. I also had a protein yogurt and some hula hoop pufts.
Spoilt it with a big slice of birthday cake though :(
It could be worse I suppose. I'm wel under 1400 kcal and I've done abit of walking today too!
Gonna finish my day off later with a protein yogurt and some strawberries!

I've been at the birthday cake too 😂. I also didn't get half as many steps as I wanted too today (WFH). I'm in the office tomorrow so that should shift my arse a bit (packed lunch of salad at the ready). Big temptation is always stopping off on the way to get a bag of sweets to get me through the afternoon.

Is it just me or have "share" bags replaced normal portions? Only they never seem to get shared...

I would like to join plz. All my teenage years and 20's I was always 7.5 stone... reach my 30's and boom the weight has gone on. I'm now around four stone heavier than I've ever been. Started calorie counting and swimming 4/5 times a week. I lost 2 lbs in 2 weeks and then at the weekend I wasn't really cc and I've put on 2llb s! Argh x

Good morning, I had a good day yesterday up till DH annoyed me.
2 egg omelette with cheese and onion for breakfast.
Small slice of quiche and salad for lunch
An apple snack
Pasta and sausage tomato sauce for dinner
All came in at around 14000 calories.
Then I hit the jelly tots and added another 200 Cal's
2500ml water
But I did do a 5.5k run and walk to work and back which is around 5k then another short walk after work. Did around 18k steps over the day so did get my exercise in.

i'd like to join. i want to lose 10 pounds. Started calorie counting last Monday and ive lost 2kg already. - ideally i want to lose another 3kg if i can
eating approximately the following during the week and trying to keep to 1200 calories a day

breakfast - 150g greek yoghurt, frozen raspberries and a coffee.
lunch - greek salad (sometimes with a roll)
tea - veg, halloumi.

trying to walk at least 10k steps a day and cycling 8 miles a day.

Hi everyone hope you're all doing OK?
I have tried really hard since Monday, eating sensibly between 12-6pm.
My tummy feels flatter and I have been drinking loads of water. I only hope to remain sensible at the weekend when I usually always undo my hard work by having a blow out or two 🤔

Just thought I'd pop in to confess - as per EVERY time I promise myself to 'be good' I have been dreadful!! I have eaten worse this week than ever. Its like when my brain focuses on trying to eat healthily it just thinks FOOOOOOOOD all day and I end up eating more and more - and not good things either. Tomorrow I'm going to tell myself the diet is over, maybe then I will have a better day!

Hi all, just to report I've fell right off the wagon, since Thursday I've ate like a P.I.G 😡Ice creams , gin. Chocolate, ...I'm going to try again Monday and I always start well but run out of willpower by Thurs 😩

I am finding the last pounds the hardest to shift. Whilst I am not overweight I put on nearly 2 stone during lockdown and just can't shift the weight. My biggest problem is the evenings. I am trying 16:8 but struggling to stop eating after dinner!

Anyone got any tips?

I had some really bad news about one of my friends and it just ripped me over the edge.
