No my scales aren't buggered, I just haven't weighed myself since just after I had DD. I thought I was pretty lardy and bloated then but my clothes have all but fallen off me in the last month and so I thought I'd find out what I'd lost and THREE STONE!!!!

...and I'm still breastfeeding!!!!

I'm under eleven stone for the first time in two years having bloated horribly during fertility treatment, then ate crap throughout my pregnancy.

But it's gone! Now I want to lose another stone so I can get back into my leather jeans.

BTW if anyone is interested, Paul Mckenna, every night, 24 minutes, hypnotherapy.

Yes I listen most nights still - but my mind wanders now - which is why I think I probably need the four CD set for variety.

I would say I did a lot of emotional eating before and basically ate too large a portions just because I could. I come from a big family and food was always grabbed before brothers could nick it!

have a look on ebay, it is in a large white pack

Tottie32 - If any one had a problem with food before they tried Paul Mckenna it was me!! You have probably come across me on other threads, but I am the binge eater. I was eating everything bad just for the sake of it, and couldn't stop. I was at the point where my eating was out of control and I was considering seeking help from my GP. What a turn round in two weeks. I listen to the CD at night but usually fall asleep, even so I think, don't know how, but it may just be working. So am keeping fingers crossed for tomorrows weigh in. Good Luck if you decide to give it a go. X

brillant thanks for that you have inspired me to give it a go, i am pretty much the same as you

good luck for tomorrow

Shall I set up another thread then? I will start listening to it tonight. Are the other cd's worth it? Or do they not specifically deal with weightloss?

I was on a PMK thread on here back in the spring and lost a nice bit of weight in a few months (nearly a stone) but stopped for the summer holiday and have put it all back on again.

I am now so fed up of being obese, it has to come off!

hippipotami · 19/09/2007 20:00

Okay, I have created a thread here

hippipotami · 19/09/2007 20:01

oh, that did not work

Tottie32 · 19/09/2007 20:37

thanks for that

3andnomore · 19/09/2007 20:55

well done you
although I am here ;)
I bought the Paul McKenna book and have listened to his CD, too, the one that comes with the book. I hvae real bad problems with the whole visiualisation thing though...and I sort of drift off to sleep in between and wake up at the end
But between him and HJason Vale, the 10/10 thread and the exercise buddy thread...I will get there, lol...
