Well,yes all 3 on the DVD! Its an hours worth i think.
Still hoping to do it twice a week for now.
I hadn't really thought about doing it with DD's around but it went ok.

Just wish i could get control of my eating!

Tortoise, I agree with DT don't be too hard on yourself, you have started exercising, that is a step in the right direction, if you carry on, you will soon notice a difference in your shape, and that may give you the incentive to control your appetite.

Oh yes, have had a few of those sort of binges in my time, it's not planned, it just sort of happened, had one last week with chocolate orange matchstix, told myself that once the packet was finished that that was it, and it was, there is no more chocolate in the house and I'm not buying any more either!
