What dress/clothes size is a 5'6" female weighing 12stone please?

Am 5'6, and when weighed 11 stone, was 16 on top, 14 trousers.
Now 10 stone, and size 12, tho' top straining a bit.
My proper weight is 9 1/2 so am off cheese and wine for a few weeks...

Depends on body shape etc but

I was size 14-16 when I was overweight (5'3 and 11st and a bit)

I'm now bang on ten stone and a size 12.

So I would say a 14

I am same size and weight and a 12/14 more and more a 12 of late. 13.5 stone for me would be a 16
