I don't know if it's because I have AF but I'm finding this week seriously hard work. I've had major bad food cravings every day, although mostly have been able to resist and have done no exercise as I just couldn't be bothered.
Feeling much more on form today (AF is almost over) so am off with DS to do the weekly shop and have a list of healthy foods to buy.
When he goes for a sleep after lunch, I'm going to do a workout and DH has fixed our rowing machine so that's coming in from the garage so I can do a bit of exercise whilst watching telly (what a perfect combination )
I have two more weeks before I go back to work and 6lbs to loose. Hmmmmmmmm not quite on track but I'm getting there.
