I can't believe we've been doing it for so long, it's great seeing it on the chart.

I just had a chinese so I'll have to be careful the rest of the week, we did take a walk around the park earlier though so that would have helped. I need to do my dvds again, I might go swimming too (it's a bit chilly though!) and I bought a resistance band so I can use that too - easy to write it down, I just need to do it!!

I don't know if it's because I have AF but I'm finding this week seriously hard work. I've had major bad food cravings every day, although mostly have been able to resist and have done no exercise as I just couldn't be bothered.

Feeling much more on form today (AF is almost over) so am off with DS to do the weekly shop and have a list of healthy foods to buy.

When he goes for a sleep after lunch, I'm going to do a workout and DH has fixed our rowing machine so that's coming in from the garage so I can do a bit of exercise whilst watching telly (what a perfect combination )

I have two more weeks before I go back to work and 6lbs to loose. Hmmmmmmmm not quite on track but I'm getting there.

well... scrap that 11st 9 - weighed in at toddlers again this morning - 11st 4lbs.... so according to the tally at toddlers, started at 12st, 11st 7 last friday and 11st 4 today!

WOO HOO!!! Gonna go with toddlers tally because i dont believe my scales anymore!

Went to thwe docs yesterday and jumped on her scales - I am now 3lb heavier than I was when i started this diet!!! where am I going wrong???

missed this weeks weigh in as me and dd both have cold! I don't have scales at home use the ones in boots so haven't been out this week yet.
doubt i would have lost anything though was my bday last friday so pigged out a bit.
hope i lost something by next tuesday.

Hi. I am soooooooooo sorry i havent been weighing in and stuff we got back a week ago and i have just got over jet lag, i am just sooooo busy trying to find a place to live and a job ect now were back. So im gonna resign at the moment but re join when im working and everythings sorted but meanwhile i will be trying to keep eating healthy...... guides honour! good luck ladies!

oh I was so so tempted on the vino just then, but I haven't succumbed (once I do that will be it I'm afraid!)

Feel like weight is getting stuck now.

Drastic measures needed next week.

I may actually have to exercise (ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!)

Hi all how's the weekend going? I was at a FABULOUS party last night and ate drank and was very merry!! On the plus side I did go for my walk round the park so that might help and I WAS up dancing and ..... (Hulla stops making excuses and slopes off to hang her head in shame!)

I've come on here as I'm bored, bored, bored with eating good, healthy food and I feel like have a major pig-out DH went out earlier and came back with all sorts of chocolate goodies which I've managed to resist all afternoon but my willpower is starting to fade. I sooooo hope I loose a lb on Tuesday as the thought of loosing weight is all that's keeping me on track at the moment. If I weigh in the same, I'm worried I'll just give up and I've been doing so well.

Anyone else struggling?

Just think about how good you'll feel on Tuesday when you've lost a couple of lbs.

OK was good last night (thanks TC) and today feel back on track. Had Special K for breakfast (resisted the biscuit box and hot buttered toast) and have had soup for lunch. Fish and salad for tea tonight.

Should be exercising now whilst DS is asleep but really don't have any energy - he has had a really bad cold and chest infection for the past week and I think I've got a bit of it as I feel a bit crappy. Have decided I will take him for a walk when he wakes up as that's better than nothing
