No loss here this week but think I may have hit a turning point, tried on trousers today and couldn't get any that fitted , also bought a bodyfat monitor and don't like what it says .

Been stuck in the house with sickly children for almost a fortnight so I haven't had any exercise or any motivation. Luckily I haven't really changed......10st 4.5lb...a grand loss of .25lb!

WILL do better next week.

1lb on for me this week - haven't really been trying and it shows! well done to all those who have stuck to it! will try to make a real dent in the lard next week.

1lb loss for me.

This where it gets harder. I know I'm still being really good with what I'm eating but the weight loss slows right down. Must exercise some more!

I am so mad at myself i have put on 2 pounds, my only excuse is its that time of the month and I always put on weight plus I always eat, due to feeling like crap.

I am going to do better this week, I will excersise every day and I will resist food!!!!

I havent weighed mysef this week. AF is here again (just like it was 2 weeks ago) and I feel sick so will weigh in next week.

Tamba - you must have lost a couple of lbs worth of hair though!

Nightmare about AF, I had it almost continuously in 2000,it was horrendous and I was so scared but went for a laparoscopy & hysteroscopy where they took a biopsy. It came back clear and once I'd recovered from the op my cycle returned to normal!!?? I had read about drilling on the internet so I still wonder whether just having the biopsy made a difference.

Hello all, I've benn relatively good today give or take 4 Celebrations choccies! Special K brekkie, salad and tuna for lunch, small (tiny) portion of lasagne for dinner and am just back from Aquafit. May splash out and have a diet coke and a yoghurt!!

I've stayed the same again this week but happy enough with that. Only started eating properly at the start of the week after having that rotten cold. Need a good hard kick up the backside I think
