This was mrspinks idea but I thinks its great!

We have 3 stone to loose but cant go to clubs or gyms so we have to do it from home, so anyone else in the same boat join in so that we can give each other loads of support and encouragment as well as lots of usefull ideas and tips!!

Just a follow up from Copper's message. Just like you, I can be really good through the day but find at kids tea time it all goes pear shaped (excuse pun). I tried to cut up carrots/celery and have a tiny bit of dip but still managed to wolf down their scrummy leftovers. I have tried hynotherapy but just fell asleep. Have a good three stone to lose but just always seem to jeopodise my own good intentions. Have tried every diet but need some serious therapy I think...!

I've been on the lose a stone thread but really need to loss around 2.5 stone.

My loss is 13.5lbs since 5th Jan but only about 4lbs in Feb. It's so hard, isn't it, when you are good all week and only loss 0.5lb
