This was mrspinks idea but I thinks its great!

We have 3 stone to loose but cant go to clubs or gyms so we have to do it from home, so anyone else in the same boat join in so that we can give each other loads of support and encouragment as well as lots of usefull ideas and tips!!

Can I join? I really need something to help me - I'm quite good in the day but come evening I just pig out. Its as though there are 2 me's and one of them is determined to wreck the other's good intentions. I'm my own worst enemy but I don't seem able to stop myself

I lost a stone last year using myfooddiary.com - but various circustances stopped me using it and I've put back 10lbs (at least I'm 5lbs down!).

How have you all done today girls?

Ive done well again

small bowl of cornflakes with soya milk
homemade pepper and parsnip soup
slice of pineapple
small bag of grapes
M&S BGTY (or their version) prawn salad
WW chicken tikka masala

plenty of water

no walk again though

br: org rice cereal and soya milk
lunch: v small baked potato, tuna and sweetcorn, green leaves
supper: homemade chicken casserole
1 cup black coffee, lots of green tea

well done all you guys, cant beleive I started this thread and I am failing miserably, I will get there especially if I see how well you are all doing I think it will spur me on either that or I'll be to embaressed to come on mumsnet ever again... lol

Mummygow - you mustnt say you're failing, you have to remain positive. What have you eaten so far and why?

Ive had today:

2 farleys rusks couldnt resist but actually only 2 points! with soya milk
red pepper and parsnip soup
an apple
2 slices of wafter thin ham with spinach
WW Beef goulash.

i have had a seriously bad day involving lots of bread and chocolate! Oh well, back on the wagon tomorrow - nothing but fruit and veg for me i think!

Can I join you?? I am determined to lose 3 stone this year (hopefully by my daughter's first birthday in june...) From 12st to 9. Started WW week before Xmas and have lost 4lbs so far. Need serious encouragement and willing to offer lots in return :-)

I dont feel to bad today as I weighed myself and I think I have lost 2lbs so far this week.

I'm really enjoying my smoothies and I am so glad that I am having my fruit and veg intake

shameful 2 rusks again (my little treat)
WW tomato soup
apple
WW Shepherds pie
loads of swede and carrot

but best of all Ive refused some delicious looking (and smelling) caribbean chicken with rice and half a chocolate danish

also proud of self today:

tomato soup, ryvitas and goats cheese for lunch
satsuma
veggie sausage and bean casserole, with broccoli for supper
green tea, water to drink
only sin a hot ribena for my sore throat

hi id like to join too. i need to lose 3stone at least so i can get back to pre pregnancy weight of 10stone. i have lost 5lb so far just by cutting out junk and eating meat veg and potatoes every night. i am going to start swimming 3 times a week and running around after the kids helps too. good luck everyone and well done to those who have lost some already!

Ive been to weigh myself today and have lost the enormous amount of ...........

2lbs! grrrrr however it is in the right direction and I have started my period today so hopefully with a bit more work I can squeeze that up to 4lbs next week!

And Ive had 3 slices of pizza this evening (although left the crust and had no garlic bread) - still within WW points but feel very naughty!

girls I think I have lost 51/2 pnds this week - dont know how as had a curry on thursday and went out drinking last night - must have been all the dancing!!!!!!!!!!!!
