Has anyone gone cold turkey and kept weight off?

Has anyone gone cold turkey when stopping and managed to keep the weight off?

I’m currently maintaining on 7.5mg and the plan was to gradually decrease dose however the pharmacy I was ordering the next dose from is being funny, I can obviously order from a different supplier but going away next Tuesday and not sure if it will arrive in time. So now I’m contemplating just using the rest of my current pen and then stopping. Is that a terrible idea? I’m still tracking calories and plan to continue this.

I dare not. I'm down to 9 stone from 15 and I was fat for 30 years.
My max dose was 10mgs. Im down to 7.5 and feeling hungry. Its going to be a very slow progress down to 5mgs where im going to stay for a year or two.
Also going to gym and swimming and only eating home cooked food no junk, no takeaways.
Im sharing recipes with a friend.
I could really use the money I spend on .mounjaro but I am NOT getting fat again.

Mind you I Iive on my own so there are nobody else's snacks lying around the house so its easier. I dont have the temptation.
