No, you don't.
Even if you were 60 years old, 8 stone, which is severely underweight, and did little to no activity (which is pretty much impossible if you have a job and do chores), your TDEE would STILL be 1,299 meaning you wouldn't need to eat 1,100 calories.
Your very lowest "healthy weight" along with minimal activity would give you a TDEE of 1,319.
Let's assume you're mid healthy weight (in which case why are you trying to lose) and you're above minimal activity - TDEE 1,646.
If you do actually NEED to lose weight, you're surely overweight by BMI, giving you a TDEE of MINIMUM 1,500 even with no activity.
So there is no way on this planet, if you're calculating your calories correctly, that you can "only lose on 1,100".
NOTE: I used 60 years old as an example of the lowest possible TDEEs. If you're decades younger, your calorie intake is more - change the last example of slightly overweight with no activity to a TDEE of 1,700.
