Lost 2lb a week for 2 months but now seem to be stuck

Just wondered if anyone had some advice please. I started 2.5 MJ 10 weeks ago. Had a few minor side effects but mainly all good and I steadily lost 1 stone in 7 weeks. Since then I haven’t changed my eating at all, still weigh and log everything and prioritise protein, fibre etc. but my weight loss has completely stopped.

I averagely eat 1200-1450 cals per day and I exercise plus walk a good amount so burn a reasonable amount. I should be in 700-1000 deficit every day depending what exercise I did. I’m stuck at 12 stone 2, target is 10 stone 10 so it’s not just a stubborn last few lb. I’m 5’7 and 45 if it’s relevant.

I didn’t want to move to the 5 mg dose because I don’t need more suppression iyswim. I wouldn’t mind 1lb a week loss but 2 weeks with no loss is so frustrating. Any tips?

Thanks

All I'm trying to do is give a different perspective

If the 'traditional' way of losing weight isn't working, wouldn't it be a good idea to consider the reasons why?

The reason will be because she's eating more than she thinks. Full stop end of story. She doesn't need to eat more.

@RoseField1 I am not eating more than I think I am. I am eating and exercising exactly as I was for the 7 weeks where I lost 2lb a week. I weigh and track everything. I know exactly how much I am eating. Your last post is both rude and unhelpful as well as being wrong.

Honestly, it's a long journey - especially when you have a smaller amount to lose compared to people who have a lot to lose who race down for a while.
You just need to be patient. Weigh yourself less. Maybe just every month
