Suppliers that deliver to lockers? Or other ideas for easy and discreet delivery.

Anyone know of any suppliers that will deliver Mounjaro to a locker for collection in the UK?

I'm finding it quite hard to be in for Royal Mail deliveries and I'm also wishing for discretion. Current supplier puts their name on the label so despite the plain packaging, it's quite obvious to the postie what it is. I've pointed this out to the supplier but they won't change it.

I'm guessing it's complicated as deliveries are refrigerated.

Grateful to hear of others' experiences with receiving deliveries and how you manage it easily and discretely.

Ones with physical pharmacies like Asda or Boots will let you pick up from a pharmacy in store, but they tend to be more expensive than most other suppliers.

Sometimes with Royal Mail, you can divert the delivery to a sorting office instead, once it's on it's way but I have not tried that myself so unsure of how that works.

Also independent local pharmacies sometimes sell WLI which could also be an option.

I haven't heard of any that would deliver to a locker, I guess using InPost, Evri or similar?

RenegadeKeeblerElf · 02/04/2026 14:23

I've used Pharmacy Express, Chemist4U, Get a Drip, and Swift Doctor. The only one that I had to be in for the delivery was Chemist4U. All the others delivered by Royal Mail but would leave it on the doorstep. None had obvious branding on the packaging, most used postal bags but Swift Doctor put it inside a cardboard box (and a separate box for each of the three pens in the bundle 🙈) which is possibly a little more discreet.

morbidcuriosity · 02/04/2026 14:24

Either spend more money and get from asda where you can pick up in store. Or as soon as you get the royal mail email, click redirect to post office.

pepayfelix · 02/04/2026 14:24

Voy packaging is super discreet.

Thanks! I tried doing a 'leave in safe place' but the postie ignored it, which made me think it wasn't allowed.

I'll have to see if I can divert to delivery office, but opening hours at ours are extremely limited so it's not very convenient either.

Boots do click and collect but a lot more expensive , some independent pharmacies do too.

porridgewithsalt · 02/04/2026 14:30

I should add that I don't particularly want to collect from a post office or delivery office, but rather a locker. Royal Mail now have lockers but it doesn't seem that you can select them as a delivery option yet (only seems to be selected businesses).

I would add that SwiftDoctor, WePrescribe, Lloyds, and Pharmacy2U deliver in plain packaging.

Whether or not Royal Mail will deliver to a safe place depends on what delivery option the supplier chooses - some require a signature but many don't. Would using one of those work?

porridgewithsalt · 02/04/2026 14:42

Everyone commenting on plain packaging - is there any indication of the sender on the parcel? I am with CheqUp. They send the medication in a box that is inside a black plastic bag. So the packaging is discreet, but they put Chequp Limited as the sender on the label, which I'm not comfortable with.

I also don't like that the cardboard box is branded, which makes it hard to dispose of discretely.

Hence looking to change supplier.

SwiftDoctor it’s plain cardboard. With general pharmacies like SwiftDoctor, Lloyds, Pharmacy2U and so on, they sell lots of things not just weightloss injections. So OTC things and just general health and beauty products. So any delivery from them isn’t going to obviously be WLI.

I think they’ll all have their name on the label though, as that will be part of the process of generating the label, to say who the sender is.

Wildgoat · 02/04/2026 15:05

As it is a cold delivery the postie will pretty much always guess, can I ask what’s the issue with the post person knowing? He or she will deliver them a lot.

It will be as it’s cold delivery, the post person knows this.

Small community, but it's more family members I would prefer to keep it from.

My spouse has medication that comes by cold delivery, which isn't a WLI, so the postie won't always know the contents.

why do you care what the postie thinks?
I feel like the brand name you mentioned is pretty unremarkable and can’t imagine they would take the blindest bit of notice when they literally deliver hundreds of parcels.
also any decent/legit supplier generally won’t use lockers and will need to hand it to a person, because the medication has to be kept cold and they’ll do what they can to prevent the cold chain being broken.
this is a strange post and I suspect there’s another reason you want to hide the delivery, from a partner perhaps?

SilenceInside · 02/04/2026 15:13

I think disguising it from the postie will be difficult and presumably they already know having already done deliveries.

Curious that you find it strange. I also said at 15:08 that I also wish to keep the deliveries private from family members. Is that so unusual? I'm just wondering if swapping suppliers would reduce the monthly stress, that's all.

I had my Oushk Delivery today, so I’ve just gone and checked the packaging. Mine comes in a white plastic bag with a silver circle design on it, all it says on the packaging is - puffin packaging. The return address is just an address, there’s no company name. But obviously it is a cold Delivery. But you couldn’t tell that once the wrapper is in the bin. I’ve had Royal Mail and DPD leave it in my safe space if I’m not in.

Merryxmascara · 02/04/2026 15:28

OP it's not strange, I am over a year in and haven't told my husband, none of his business, I have it delivered to a post office and never had a problem, I use your medicals, but I know a lot of people on here don't like them because they messed up during the price hikes. I have never had a problem with them, always communicative if sometimes a lite ow, and they always send me a discount code. I once used chemist 4u and did the same, no problem, it wasn't obvious from the packaging that it was WLI.

Can I ask gently , and obvs you don’t need to answer but why have you not told your husband? None of his business seems a harsh statement for the person we are supposed to love most in the world outwith our children. To lie for a year, is it not stressful?

Your children or your husband, if just children can you get your husband to help with the discretion?

Wildgoat · 02/04/2026 15:39

also I can’t imagine the post person will be telling people you’d medication delivered. If they did you could report that.

HollyhockDays · 02/04/2026 15:48

My husband doesn’t know either. He’s a total blabbermouth and would tell everyone.

I use Voy. There is no cold / refrigeration label. If you look closely at the label it says from “Menwell” on it. Inside its wool packs, a cold pack and a bag with then pen and needles and wipes in it. You can select your delivery day.

Merryxmascara · 02/04/2026 16:02

@Wildgoat ,I haven't told him because same as @HollyhockDays husband, he's a gobshite, and a judgemental gobshite to boot, so no, I won't be telling him anytime soon.
Sil, is grilling him constantly because she has spent £££ on the jabs and is still fat because she still eats and drinks crap, she thinks I have done it fasting, which to be fair I have, just with a bit of help😂.
It's killing her, because she thinks she should just be able to jab and lose weight, despite drinking a bottle of wine a night, I will never let on, for that reason alone 😂.
