Weight loss injections: How did weight loss affect your breast size?

ey ladies,
Hope you don’t mind me asking—just looking for a bit of real-life experience and reassurance. I’m really tempted to start WLI next week, but feeling a bit nervous.

I’m 5ft 1 and about 11 stone, so technically in the “obese” BMI category. I’m currently a 36FF, and a big part of my hesitation is what weight loss might do to my boobs.

For those who’ve lost weight (especially fairly quickly), how did it affect your breast size and shape? I’m a bit worried they’ll sag or droop a lot, and it’s honestly putting me off a bit—even though I’m already getting quite a bit of backache from them as it is.

Would really appreciate hearing your experiences 💛

I’ve gone from a 38g to a 34e. Lost some fullness but they look fab in a balcony bra!
also just had a mammogram and it was much easier as I don’t have as much boob to squash between the plates.

Like you I am short and started at low obese BMI. I've gone down one back and one cup size, which I was pleased with. Shape seems the same. They sag a bit, but that was also true before I started. Multiple pregnancies and living long enough did that, both of which I'm pretty happy about!

Mine have gone from a 48" bust measurement to 34". They were huge and saggy when I was morbidly obese, now they're smaller and still saggy 😅 although the skin has tightened up a bit since maintenance.

Mine have basically left the building, but I don’t mind. Was 34C now 32C so dropped both back and cup size.

TheChosenTwo · 22/03/2026 20:05

Gone down several band sizes and a cup size, am now an A cup. Never had big boobs to begin with but what I did have is pretty much gone now.
They were also already saggy and this obviously hasn’t reversed.
Mind you I genuinely don’t care, I’d take the 7 stone gone every day of the week, feeling healthier and stronger than I have done in years over slightly bigger and still flappy boobs. At least they look neat and tidy now in tops I guess!

I was 32GG and now 30DD. Yes they are a bit empty, but I love being small boobed so much. So many clothes I can wear now. And how comfortable it is to exercise!

I’ve lost 4.5 stones in 10 months and gone from 40H to 38F so far. Much prefer them, they don’t smother me anymore! Not too baggy anywhere yet, touch wood, despite being upper 50s.

Onbdy · 23/03/2026 00:09

Not much change for me after losing just under 2 stones. I’ve gone from a 38JJ to a 36J. Even if I lost another 5 stones I’ll probably be around a 36G/H.

I had a fabulous cleavage in a good bra. Fabulous. Just as well, as the rest of me was enormous. 5.5 stone down, they are small and manageable (so much easier to dress! So much more comfortable!) No cleavage, as volume in the top has gone. I couldn’t give a fig. It’s all worth it to be healthy.

Unexpectedly perhaps, the boobs are much perkier - gym work has helped massively, contrary to a pp. It can make a surprising difference. You have to put the work in though.

Exactly, gym work helps so much and the less weight making them heavy. Also just gor info, mine are small but a padded bra on the tightest fastening gives me big cleavage again

Hi @MeridaBrave how did you work this out please? I’m 34C and thought a 32C would be less back fat not cup size? Thanks

A 34c is the same cup size as 32D or 36B.
so if I had only lost back fat would be 32D.

VintedVintage · 02/04/2026 12:04

I've lost 8 stone - now at BMI of 22 so lots of loose skin.

I'm now a 32G which sounds massive but really isn't. The problem is that the shape has changed, so from what was quite a well filled cup with great cleavage, I now have wrinkly boobs.

Without a bra they just look age appropriately saggy, but when I hoist them into a bra, because the volume is all in the lower part of the breast, the cup gapes around the top, if I wear a balcony style bra then the skin above the bra just wrinkles.

That being said, I am so much healthier and happier at this weight and the wrinkly skin is a small price to pay.

If the issue is that you think that without your boobs you will be less attractive / sexy then trust me that is a non issue.
