How much has Mounjaro cost you per lb lost?

I have lost 69lbs but it’s cost me £1080 so far for the pens I have used. I have 4 more pens to use but not included the cost of those in this calculation as they are unused. £15.65 per pound lost.

I also can’t decide whether to order another pen before the extra dose is taken away.

I'm in Europe, I buy a 5mg pen and take 2.5 from it. So it costs me 34 EUR per week to remain slim. Happy to pay it.

Also just to add that if I was starting my journey now I’d be looking at the Mounjaro being 30 percent cheaper as our government now picks up 30 percent of the cost as a national initiative.

I’m on a maintainance dose so paying to not gain. And as much as I don’t like the cost, I fully understand the cost to my health of being obese is way more than the cost of the meds.

I don't care. Thousands. It's worth it. I'm taking it now to keep the pounds off and I'll take it forever if I have to. Thinking of it in those terms is not helpful IMO.

I spent £2324.02 Nov '24-Aug '25 on pens. However, I've been using my stash up since Sept '25 and have enough to last until later this year so it's hard to actually work out as I'm now on maintenance. I met goal Dec '25 but dropped a bit more reverse dieting Jan/Feb '26 and am now maintaining happily with a total loss of 132.4 lb. If I deduct off what I've used/will use for maintenance it's cost about £14.40 per lb.

Well that's sobering - £51.38 per pound, £49.24 a week. £2,265 in total. But I've been getting it from Boots which is top prices... I'm going to shop around for my next pen, I meant to before but have just been lazy.
I will say it's worth every penny - I've got down to a weight I hadn't seen since 2013 and gone from BMI of 34 to 25.
I'm going to lose around 10lb more & then switch to maintenance doses, but I think I'll be on it for maintenance long term.
