Constipation on MJ - what is the best thing to take?

I'm on week 3 of 2.5mg MJ and after losing 6lb the first week, I only lost 1lb week 2, and I'm very bunged up. Drinking lots of water etc, but what should I be taking to "get things moving"? Presumably might need long term??

Have ordered some psyllium husk supplements and will see how that goes!

I've taken magnesium for the last year or so anyway for achy knees, along with glucosamine.

Hope its helping my guts too!
