MedExpress suddenly rejecting due to "SCR check" having failed

I have been ordering Mounjaro from MedExpress with no issues since March last year and done really well on it. However, today I have ordered my next pen and it says I have been rejected due to the "SCR check" having failed? What does this actually mean? Nothing medical has changed at all and I am now going to have to go without a pen for the foreseeable future while I try to sort it out, the online agent wasn't super helpful and said he would send it back to the clinician team l to re-evaluate but I have already had my payment refunded so no idea how that will work!

Any advice on what to do would be very appreciated!

Phew! Glad to hear it.

Hooray I'm so glad you weren't put off!

It's disconcerting and I'd have definitely over worried about everything.

Argh, after getting the approval email it’s gone from approved status to under review again. Hopefully it’s nothing but I am so anxious :( it does still say approved on the order screen though.

Oh that's a pain!

Call your GP practice, and say that you have found out you have been coded with an eating disorder diagnosis that you have never had discussed with you, and consider to be incorrect. Ask for it to be removed.

Good news.
There are lots of providers who will treat you like an invidual and look at the actual situation. Medexpress, in my experience, is not one of them.
