Theres lots of posts from people who are plateauing and I think I am a bit too as no scale losses for 2 weeks & measurements aren’t budging much either. Yet I’m tracking calories & eating 3-400 calories below my TDEE every single day, exercise hard 3-4 times a week & walk lots, drink litres of water & sleep well.. all the things they say you should be doing. Has anyone else been in this situation and still plateaued? How long do these plateaus last?!! Or are those saying they’re stuck actually eating more?

They were pumping you full of fluids but you couldn't work out why your body is weighing more?

I’ve also been peeing for Britain and am woozy from all the drugs, plus still quite ill, so please have a little patience :)

I find posts like yours so worrying. You're barely fuelling your body enough to perform basic functions, you're under ten stone but still aiming to lose 2lbs a week. Yes you'll be thin but at what cost?

I have said that I am potentially increasing my calories now I am at this weight, I am only the very top end of healthy BMI plus 10% over a healthy body fat. According to the nutritionist I have seem recently i am losing (albeit on top end) a healthy amount of weight, I lost a lot in 1st 2 weeks which is normal then a healthy loss of 1.4-2lb after that, nothing alarming. I am not tall so even maintenance calories are low for me whereas would be a high weight loss for others. There is definitely no reason to find it worrying. I also focus on macros so have a very healthy balance, which I find a lot of people on WLI dont do.

I am active, play a sport a couple of times a week, coach sport and feel healthy. I could be a significant amount of weight lower before I am an unhealthy BMI, much closer to being unhealthy at the other end.
