Honestly, I haven't needed any support from any of the online pharmacies that I've used in the 18 months that I've been taking Mounjaro. What sort of support are you looking for?

Have you seen the price comparison site https://monj.co.uk ? I'd look at the cheapest few suppliers that aren't a subscription service (I avoid those as I don't want to get caught out with cancellation fees or being locked in for things I don't want), then have a read of their recent Trust Pilot reviews and maybe their most recent GPhC inspection report.

Of the current cheaper suppliers I have used Pharmacy2U, WePrescribe and Zava without any issues.

Thanks, I don’t find it easy to process written information so you’ve been helpful here. Can I ask has it worked for you and are you saying that you swap around suppliers

Are you buying for the first time? I used "my london pharmacy" and for 2.5 mounjaro it was only 103 pounds

Juniper and Oushk are discussed on here a fair bit around support. I would do some reading on their websites. Oushk have communities you can join too I think. The other night I got an email to say they were running a yoga class online.

I personally use Swift Doctor who are great but you are on your own really, no one is holding you accountable. You'll almost certainly find being accountable so much easier while on MJ though.

An alternative link to check which you may find helpful: https://click.compare/mounjaro/

Be aware this site only shows codes for, and therefore is biased towards 4 pharmacies.

Monj.co.uk is independent and show all codes.

Tbh those that advertise support seem to mostly be emails, websites etc. you’re probably better off in starter chats on here or maybe Reddit…

other people in the same position to compare experience and give support is really helpful to me. You’ll often get people share links to things to help such as you tube where you want someone to talk you through the process etc.

you pay for premium services and support but you can get that for free here…

Yes it's worked well for me. I was morbidly obese at 22 stone, and now I am 11st 2lbs and just heading into the healthy weight range after 18 months.

Yes, I have swapped around suppliers to use their new customer offers to keep costs down. I've used 5 different suppliers, no issues with any of them - I only moved for the prices.

I am currently using Swift Doctor, they don't offer any additional support but have an active Facebook group where they will answer customer questions quite quickly. Not that I ever have any questions.

If it was biased it would only show pharmacies WITH codes. It's quite clearly listing loads that it has no relationship with, hence no codes.

I would tend to agree with this. This forum in particular has been super helpful to me. I don't use Reddit, and I personally find Facebook communities are not particularly great when it comes to MJ.

I am not sure you understand what biased means. Showing all list prices does not make it unbiased. The selective inclusion of discount codes for only four pharmacies skews an effective price comparison.

As discounts affect what users actually pay, not having them for other pharmacies misrepresents the market and biases its users decision making.

It is also very obvious the "advice" to look at average prices across all doses when choosing a supplier is also based on bias, with two of their "discount code" pharmacies topping the table.

Average price is such a poor deciding factor when choosing a pharmacy when 1) it is very easy to switch if another pharmacy offers cheaper higher doses, 2) only a minority of patients need (or want to with price hikes) go to higher doses

Facebook communities were great the first half of 2024. But then facebook came down hard on them - no one could discuss the medication by name, doses, anything even faintly looking like medical advice without facebook closing sites down - and they became too heavily moderated to be any use.

A couple of the original UK/Scotland facebook groups moved to, and are still very active on, Whatsapp.

I just go to my local pharmacist in our village! 5mgs MJ is £193 . Hassle free and reliable.

Suki51 · 10/01/2026 21:00

So how much do you use and how often?

Each pen officially delivers 4 weekly injections.
