What dose of MJ was the highest you could tolerate?

I have lost 3.5 stone since starting in July. Every time I have gone up a dose I have done it slowly in increments. However, 7mg for 2 weeks followed.by 7.5 mg and food noise is back and don't feel great.

I am thinking of going to 6 or 6.5 mg today. Anyone else done this or did you continue on dose/going up doses?

I have another 2 stone to lose....

3mg was the most I could tolerate. I've been taking Mounjaro since April last year. I tried taking 3.75mg and got explosive diarrhea and was really poorly for 5 days. I now take around 2.75mg per week so that I have suppression without too much queasiness

5 mg divided into 2.5 twice a week. When I took 5 mg at once, I was awake for three nights with incredible stomach pain and ate nothing.

I tried 2.5 for 4 weeks and didn’t use it again. I felt awful. I could hardly eat for a few days, threw up a few times and the heart burn was horrible. I did loose some weight but in a really unhealthy way.

Yes, I'd just stick to your comfortable dose if I were you. You were losing 1 - 2 lbs anyway, which is exactly what is recommended for healthy weight loss. No need to speed it up.

5mg worked consistently well for me!

5mg. 7.5mg was too strong and had awful side effects, tried 6.25mg and that was no better. Sticking to 5mg!

I might as well have injected 5mg of water! 🤣

I wonder if they’ll ever release a higher/stronger dose. Probably not. But I’d take a 17.5 for sure!

How did you do that?
