OMG it is a wonder drug!
Just go for it.
I have absolutely no reaction to the jab other than a bit thirsty and a dry mouth at first but that seems to subside.
It takes the edge of your food cravings, for me they don't subside that much.
I use it as a tool rather than rely on it. I still need to protect myself from over eating.
I am only on 7.5mg, to be honest the jump from 5 to 7.5 is quite subtle I think I could have stayed at 5 mg. But I stopped losing weight - 2 holidays, a big birthday and Christmas might have had something to do with it. In fact I was still on 5mg and put on 1/2 stone. Now gone!
I was on 5mg for about 10 months I think, weight loss was slow and steady.
I have been on 7.5mg for two weeks.
Over the past 18 months, I lost 2 stone on my own and now two stone with WLI.
I think realistically I have another stone to go.
The worst think is I do not sleep quite as much, I am more wired and it takes me a long time to drop off.
Also my hair is very thin - but this is due to weight loss and age rather than the WLI.
The best thing is the anti-inflammatory benefits of the drug - amazing. If I could be on this for life I will be.
