Have any partners lost weight as a side effect of you preparing healthier food / smaller portions for yourself and it’s rubbed off on them/ been forced on them?!
Has anyone stopped / reduced cooking for their other half due to not feeling hungry themselves, and how has this gone down with said partner?!
I do most of the cooking and my husband eats more healthily than he would otherwise (he is begrudgingly grateful for this!). I’m thinking that I might do some batch cooking for him if we are going to be eating differently.
