Give me a boost!

Have been on mounjaro best part of a year, only lost 10lb..... I was on 7.5mg and am the same weight I was in June, no more no less. So obviously even with the MJ I am eating at maintenance.

Came off it a few weeks ago as had COVID and felt awful for a couple of weeks and just forgot to jab so have wasted a couple of weeks of 7.5 pen.

Looking to restart but feel so crap about how little progress Ive made. I don't have bad side effects, do feel suppression and reduced food noise, meal plan, high protein and weight train 3 x per week, feel like I'm doing everything I should but it's just not working.

Turn 40 next July and would love to give it some Welly and be close to target by then but just feel so demotivated by my rubbish progress. I have a friend who has lost the amount I wanted to lose in the last year and she's done so well. She doesn't know I was also on mj at the same time thankfully!

Also since price hike it's such a lot of money to spend if no results, I have the money but only just and feel so guilty spending it with no results. Considering switch to wegovy but that would probably be even less effective

Any advice, support, insight welcome to give me the boost I need! Or some tough love / reality check!

Best of luck. Give it 100%. Drink tons of water too! more than you usually would.

Log everything on nutracheck and try not to go over your allowance. I do sympathise, mine is only 1235 which doesn't feel a lot anymore (it was a lot higher when I was 6 stone heavier) and because I'm short too it is low.

Just looking at your days food, I'd cut out the muesli, have half the rice/pasta with your dinner and more of the bolognese or add salad and veggies. And try mega hard not to snack- for me snacking is a habit rather than desperate hunger- if I fancy a snack I make a cuppa instead and that usually does the trick. If I'm still hungry after that then I'll have something small.
