Forgive me if you know all this already, but as you haven't mentioned in your post and this is the more important information when deciding to increase dose.........
Calorie deficit controls how much weight you lose not the dose of Mounjaro.
What is your TDEE? What calorie deficit are you in, are you tracking and managing to keep within it consistently over each week? Are you following the basics of a protein based diet (protein at every meal can really help), reduced carbs, minimal sugar/sweeteners/UPFs. Plenty of hydration. Some exercise/increase steps if possible for you, most weight loss will come from calorie deficit, but every little helps.
If you are not following the basics, increasing your dose may help short term, but longer term is not the best tactic. Much better to work on increasing and having protein at every meal, cutting out UPFs etc which will really help with satiety and cravings.
If you are not tracking calories and macros (even temporarily) increasing your dose blindly may again help temporarily, but tracking you calories/macros could help you understand why you are not losing weight without increasing dose.
Increasing your dose makes sense if you struggle to keep to your calorie deficit even when you are doing everything else.
