Where are you now getting your mounjaro from now? Cheapest reliable places?

i don’t want to switch to wegovy and wanted to know who else is still on mounjaro and where can I get the 15mg pen cheapest from a reputable pharmacy or website?
was with chemist4u before

The price range is on the second screenshot, so £269 seems to be their top price, but is that a price range from before the price hike in September I wonder? I can't find a date on the advert.

Think I will pop over at the weekend and ask. I can’t find their charges anywhere, guess they will be similar to Asda.

If you're looking for cheap, don't use MedExpress. I paid £309 yesterday for 15mg.
Must say that their service has been good and reliable since I started with them a year ago, that's why I won't change.

I get mine from Rowlands chemist 10mg £189.99 and I was told by the pharmacy they are holding the price until the end of the year. (£209.99) for 12.5 and 15).

Is that for existing customers only? Or for new ones already on Mounjaro?

I was reading that you can get friend referral discounts on here for mounjaro. Not very tech savvy Antone know how to do this please?

Mumsnet don't allow code sharing, in fact most of the pharmacies don't allow them to be shared online. You would have to see if you have any friends who have one

So far, Medicine Marketplace looks to be the cheapest. They don’t do first timer discounts (I think I’ve exhausted them all from various suppliers now anyway!) and at £200 for 7.5mg, seems the best price so far.

I am on 15mg MJ and switch suppliers every month now to get it at an affordable price, i have used Oushk and Curate in the past. More recently Bolt, Numan and Med Express. All only offer a good discount for the first month. I have paid around £220-230 but all are over £300 for month 2. No issues with any of them, i just check Monj every month.

Has anyone had any luck ordering after over 8 week gap? I had an extra supply and now in maintenance so I have a 15mg pen but only take 7.5 or 10mg. Now struggling to get another 15mg pen as my lady order was 12th Dec

This is an increasing problem as a lot of prescribers are now knocking people down if there has been more than a six week gap in ordering. Your option is to come clean to your prescriber about what you have been doing @Prayforluck22 or move to a new prescriber who may start you at 2.5mg. Just make sure that from now on you order every 6 weeks.

£234 for 10mg. Am bmi 21.5 so dont want the faff of changing and being denied . So sticking with pharmalous as they keep letting me get 10mg.

If you contact your prescriber and explain they will probably allow it but only give you the “right” dose pen for what you’ve been using. Do you have any personal records of when you have injected? I keep a spreadsheet of my doses and dates.

I have been doing similar with 15mg pens but have marked 6.5 weeks on my calendar between orders which is my provider’s max (7 weeks) so I’m ok for the time being. I just have a big stockpile which I don’t mind because I don’t intend on coming off a maintenance dose anytime soon.

in other countries they actually prescribe the high dose pens to use in this way. It’s madness that the UK doesn’t.

Thank you, I tried contacting them but got pushed back. I eventually got one approved on Thursday last week but not cheap option. Although beggars can’t be choosers! It’s such a pain but then I know full well I’m playing the system with half dosing now to reduce the cost just to maintain. Hopefully won’t be long for some other options coming to market 😉 Any thoughts on jumping to Wegovy?

i just hope that I don’t get cut off myself. Not worried from BMI side as I’m 22/23 so middle of healthy weight but if they start to question why I’m only ordering every 7 weeks!

For £270 every 8-10 weeks for me it’s expensive but justifiable. Glad I’m not on full doses and paying that every month.

Yes you are right, my pen arrived( post April 1st) and it’s also got golden dose 😝😉 so so pleased. I think I’ll manage the ordering if your friend hasn’t had any luck on Wegovy.
