Continuous glucose monitoring with Mounjaro

I wondered if anyone on Mounjaro has continuous glucose monitoring like Freestyle Libre, and if so, what has your blood glucose been like? I currently have one fitted, not because I'm diabetic, but because I was really interested in monitoring my blood glucose while dieting and using MJ.
I've been a bit surprised at the results. My glucose rarely goes above 5.0, usually around the low 4s. Even after eating I don't really see a spike as such, maybe a slow ramp up, which decays very quickly. Additionally, overnight while I'm asleep it often goes down to 3.5 to 3.9 for several hours.
I would say my diet is good. I eat loads of protein, fresh veg and salad, all freshly cooked, no ready meals. All I've done on this diet is cut out the four favourites, bread, potatoes, pasta and rice. No fast food. My weight loss has been very steady at 1.5 to 2.0 lbs a week.
The glucose readings are suggesting to me that I'm not eating enough, yet my weight loss suggests I've got it right. I've used keto sticks and I'm not peeing purple. I realise MJ increases insulin sensitivity, but it seems like I'm almost too sensitive to insulin! (I've been on 7.5mg for a couple of months).
So I wondered what the experiences of others are that are also monitoring glucose.
Thanks.

Those numbers are probably in the normal range - it’s usual for blood sugar to drop overnight. The so-called “normal” range of 4 to 7 was calculated using mainly data from diabetics, who will tend to skew the average higher (see Dr Bernstein).

more protein might help - protein is converted to blood sugar through a process called gluconeogenesis, but this happens slowly and steadily, rather than carbs which impact blood sugar quickly and trigger an insulin response in non diabetic individuals. Try a high protein snack in the evening if the low blood sugar is waking you or you feel shaky (yoghurt is good for this).

Some interesting comments there, all food for thought. Much appreciated, thanks
