When the scales didn't move as fast as you'd like this week...it's nice to have a list of nice surprises on this journey.

This week, I can fit easily into a pair of size 18 jeans. They didn't do up last year.

My cheekbones are starting to make a reappearance.

The bath getting sore, and park benches. I have a blanket with me at all times I can fold up and sit on. Not damming the bath was a lovely NSV. I’ve just discovered I’m an age 13 in clothes size, which is much cheaper when buying wool jumpers than the adult sizes. I’ve gone from a 44FF bra to an easy 30C. Enjoying, no, craving daily exercise.

My favourite one is that my confidence has grown - i have lost nearly 5st (with another 5st to go), but for the first time in a long time I feel myself again and don't hate myself anymore.
Oh - and reducing my antidepressants!
