I went from 2.5 to 5 with minimal issues. I'd considered this partial dosing but after looking into it I decided against it. I know a lot of people are doing it its just not for me. Maybe others can help

A full dose is 0.6ml from any pen. So 0.6ml from your 2.5mg pen will be a 2.5mg dose. 3.75 is 2.5 x 1.5, so you need 0.6ml x 1.5 which is 0.9ml.

Don't chase suppression as on the higher doses it may not be there. Consider are you feeling satisfied after eating and has your food noise arrived back as they're your reasons for going up and not because it'll kill your appetite.

As already explained above 3.75 from a 2.5mg one will be 0.9ml (or 60 clicks then another 30 clicks).

2 things also occur to me. Firstly, it would be more cost effective to dose 3.75mg from a 5mg pen (45 clicks or 0.45ml in syringe). If I were you I would finish the 2.5 pen then get a 5mg and do this. Depends where you are in your current pen or if you have a full 2.5 to use up.

secondly, you are losing at almost 3lb per week on average. If 2.5mg is still working in terms of satiety, I wouldn’t chase higher suppression, just monitor calories and nutrition, slowing your rate of loss slightly might be better for your long term success and health.
