Yes - I had about four weeks of crappy sleep. Other people report sleeping well so I was maybe just unlucky. It has passed now and my sleep is back to normal.

Yea I had disturbed sleep when I first started. Some weeks I still get a bad nights sleep the day I take the jab.

ResusciAnnie · 15/09/2025 07:47

My dreams are far more vivid but I am more tired and sleep very well (if the kids let me).

I typically have a bad night the night I take my jab and I do have very vivid dreams not every night but maybe 2 times a week!

I once did the fast800 diet and slept incredibly badly. Apparently this is to do with restricted calories.
I do find that I have days of bad sleep on MJ as well, especially the few days after injecting, probably for the same reason. I am not overly restricting calories though, just eating small portions of healthy food.
I have had vivid dreams all my life, so no change there!

I slept badly for the first few weeks, awful insomnia which is unlike me. But it passed quickly and now I mostly sleep like a baby, mj has been really positive for my sleep!

Hopefully it will get easier x

Yes terrible but it has settled down and the fact im

I still have vivid dreams and that’s after 18weeks. I think it’s worse if I’m really tired. I have read up about it and it is a side effect though I don’t think it’s on the SE leaflets

About 12 weeks to go completely but better after about 8. I did feel exhausted but it coincided with summer holidays so less of an issues. I could snooze
