Irony - new back pains after losing weight

So. I’ve got a large chest - size 38E bra and that’s after losing 30kg on Mounjaro. Has anyone else with a large chest found that their back aches more since losing weight than before? I’m not sure if it’s because my stomach no longer balances me out?

I’m not really sure what I can do except have a reduction eventually. They are the result of an augmentation - I had a SIGNIFICANT difference in each side (A vs E cup) so it wasn’t really about having big boobs but evening them out) so whilst they will reduce a bit further as I get to goal, they won’t go down completely.

I lift six days a week so very active already!

Ironically I set out thinking I would eventually have a mummy makeover even though I am not a mum but I really only have loose skin on my legs so it would have to be a separate surgery.

Anyone else had this issue?

Thanks again everyone - I’ve just measured myself and I’m a 36D not a 38E! Blimey!

And another benefit is you should have a much wider choice of bras in that size, so hopefully you can get something more supportive without breaking the bank. Have fun shopping!

I’m more of a 12/14 now so you’re totally right!

I’m a 32” back at a size 14 (and I need to get re-fitted as I’m on the tightest hook and think I might now be a 30”) so there’s a good chance you are smaller than a 36”. I’d try a 36D, 34DD and 32E as they are sister sizes. Good luck!

Top tip - Vinted is great for bras! I’ve bought four that are brand new with tags from good brands and spent less than £10 (excluding shipping) to figure out what fits well!

if you are a 12/14 is your back size really 36?

when measuring it’s your exact size, not the plus 4inches way.

Good idea re vinted. Also worth trying John Lewis for a fitting too. Different bras fit me in different sizes, it’s mind boggling! I got properly measured but managed to get the bra they sold me cheaper online in different colours too.
