GLP-1 tracker

Has anyone managed to find an actual ‘free’ GLP-1 tracker app?
I’m finding after popping all my details it then wants me to pay. I don’t want a free trial to then lose all my data and have to start again.
TIA

Dosediary.app

There is a premium option where you can pay for extra features, but see what you think to the free version.

SilenceInside · 10/08/2025 10:26

Was just about to suggest DoseDiary. The free version has mostly everything that you'd need. The premium stuff is basically fluff that I'm not particularly interested in like achievements and stats about total volume of medication injected.

Mysticmaiden · 10/08/2025 11:38

Shotsy is free, you can pay but I never have and have access to ask the features that I need such as logging jabs, dose concentration, results, calendar etc

BlunderMifflin · 10/08/2025 12:16

Seconding Shotsy. I’ve always used the free version, as I can’t see what benefits there are to the paid version. It has everything I need.

MissFlimpkin · 11/08/2025 18:18

thankyou!
for both options have you used the free version long enough to have a decent log of your progress?

I use both Shotsy and dosediary. I did the week free trial with Shotsy premium but the only useful addition imo was the graph of your cumulative levels. I did really like that graph but not enough to justify the cost of the subscription as I won’t use any of the other additional tools. I don’t track calories or symptoms or jab sites.

i think shotsy has a superior interface and is easier to add info to. But I prefer the graph showing dose alongside weight on dose diary and it’s ok when you get the hang of the input page. It also gives you a free graph of the estimated levels which you can only see as numbers within calendar on Shotsy.

I’ve put all my dose and weight data in both of these apps since March and never lost any of it or been forced to upgrade.

Glapp.io. Free and tracks progress across a number of metrics

I have used Shotsy free version for over 10 months now. It had everything I need. Why don't you try both and see which you prefer. I've never heard of dose diary until now.

Shotsy charges you to see estimated medication levels, which is handy for comparing with how you’re feeling. But apps like GLAPP or GLP1plotter give you those charts for free.

You can see the levels for each day on the calendar view on free version of Shotsy. It is nicer on a graph of course but you can still find a daily estimated value.

I do think pricing is the issue. It jumped from 19.99 to 29.99 just at the point I started using it in April and was considering buying…so I cancelled while on mu trial. They need to find a sweet spot. I would absolutely pay for it at £10 a year as it’s such a useful tool and so much work must have gone into development, possibly even £15 but £30 is too much just for the graph(I have little interest in the other premium features) . I can’t be alone. And surely the number of premium users they would gain at a more competitive price would make good business sense other than people using the free only or moving to other apps when they were first.

It's free! My levels are currently 15.33mg and it was around 22ng at the highest on Sunday morning after jabbing Friday. Its at the top right hand of screen. I don't pay a penny and haven't for 10 months!

DoseDiary does too, did you not know about it?

I prefer it's UI to the others.

Glapp sounds a bit like the Clap to me, I wouldn't be comfortable saying it out loud.

Excel and then GLP1calculator if I want to see graph of concentration in body for whatever reason, which is very rare.

Gives flexibility to log what you want to see in one place, and graph whatever you want.

glp1calculator is good but it feels like I need a pilots licence to use.

I just really like the charts dose diary produces.

Ah that's a good chart. Oh well I'm almost at the end of my journey now so no point downloading it.
