Weight hardly moving should I go to 7.5?

I have been taking Mounjaro for seven months I went from 2.5 to 5 after one month (hindsight says I did that too quickly) then took 5 for two months tried to go to 7.5 however the nausea was too much so after two weeks went back to 5. I have tried 7.5 once again but only lasted one week and went to 5 again. All this time my weight loss has been good, I have stayed within my calorie deficit, eaten healthy and been to the gym. In total I have lost 26kg.
However for the last eight weeks my weight loss has been so slow and in the last four weeks I have been losing less than half a pound a week - yes I know a loss is a loss.
So do I try 7.5 again? Does it offer more than just suppression, because I have that. To go to 7.5 it would need to be worthwhile I still have another 7kg to lose.
Any thoughts would be great - thanks

I’m in the same position but I’ve been on 12.5 for 2 months and my weight was dropping off but I was still having sickness now my weight loss is stopping but I’m scared to go up because 1- is the final dosage and 2) the sickness.

I think the only was round is increasing the dose and having anti sickness tablets in for the first week and pray it passes quickly lol

If you still have suppression, you shouldn't need to go up. Look at what you are doing food and exercise wise instead. Are you tracking intake? Are you in proper deficit? Have you adjusted intake as you've lost weight as your body won't need as much? Redo your TDEE and go from there.

Honestly I alter my calorie deficit each month and I live on salmon, chicken and salad or veg, carbs are limited. I track my intake (slightly obsessively) after each meal (intake). I feel a bit sick on 5 but 7.5 was just horrible, I’m only considering it if there is a metabolic reason to do so as I’m so close (in my head!). I have reached out to MedExpress and seeing what they say, currently just getting the party line which Google tells me.

If you've only got 7kg to go, it is probably just a natural slow down. The last stone for me was very, very slow too.

If you're still losing, albeit very slowly try stepping up exercise instead if at all possible, also increase water intake.

Yes thank you water tbf is my only downfall. It’s just so frustrating, it feels like I can almost see the end

My last stone took forever. I think if you are still feeling suppression I wouldn't move up. Maybe take a look at your meal plan? Mix it up with some food changes, look at your water intake, protein etc.

Thank you all. These are things I can look at - I would rather not move up and a loss is a loss right!?

Definitely a loss is a loss! I think when you are close to goal you have to readjust expectations. I remember in the early days I lost 3lb one week and it was thrilling.... just not something I could maintain and as we know not healthy so I wouldn't want to (although secretly I do because who doesn't love successfully loosing weight quickly, sorry not sorry)!!
