I see various posts about these and hear they are effective. Then i see people are then exercising more and being careful what they eat WHILE on the injections.

Surely that’s how you lose the weight, so what do the injections do?

Thank you @Histoscientist, that's really helpful! Is all the Oushk support standard within the cost? It won't give me any details without me booking a consultation but my BMI is 35 so presumably I'd be eligible!

I'll have a look on Facebook for some groups too Smile

Yes the support is all free. The only thing you pay for is your pen and delivery and when you need a maintenance consultation for £5 when you reach your target goal. They offer discounts too and enail them and check the top of the Oushk website for discounts and they also offer a welcome discount of £30 off code "Welcome".
Oushk is a popular pharmacy and the owner is an obesity expert and she carries out the live sessions. I've used 4 pharmacies on my journey but stayed with Oushk since January due to their service. I've never had a delivery not turn up on my nominated day which is ideal as a full time worker.
A lot of people move on to Oushk especially for maintenance as its 15% off and free delivery.
They have 2 Facebook groups Oushk maintenance and Oushkers, also the giraffe group uk is a general weight loss group. Any questions just ask. Good luck!

Thank you again to @Histoscientist and @SilenceInside, that's made it a lot clearer for me!!

We're actually going on holiday a week on Saturday and won't be home for almost two weeks (visiting family in various locations) - I'll look at starting when we return around August 7th, in case I do have any side effects and it would be easier to be at home Confused that would give me time to do some meal planning, shopping, prep etc too.

I turn 50 in May 2027 and would love to have lost the 5st I need to by then - feel I've wasted all my 40s being fat and unhappy - just want to have more energy to play with my DC, and finally fit back into some of my pre-DC clothes again!
