Anyone else receiving non-chilled Mounjaro

Pen turned up completely unchilled. Ice packs were totally thawed. Farmeci are saying all fine as long as the pen didn’t go above 30 degrees, but how can I (or they) know that when it arrives at ambient temperature, given the hot weather?

My last one from oushk arrived within 24 hours of dispatch but was completely thawed.it definitely has not been as effective. I bet they resell all the returns. This month they haven't even got one to sell me til 31st August. Sounds like they have been greedy and prioritised new customers above existing customers.

I scrawled “received at ambient temperature” all over the box in marker pen. Bet they love me!

In the last 14 months, last 9 from Oushk, but it was the same with previous supplier, apart from one early this year pen all my pens have arrived within 24hrs but completely thawed (possibly due to longer transit up to Scotland), it is not unusual for that to happen and pens will still be to ok as long as inside the woolpac still feels chilled.

Of course registered pharmacies do not resell returns 😂, that is nonsensical and also illegal.

FYI - Most pharmacies do not have the facilities/capacity in freezers to freeze icepacks. The ice packs are bought from a packaging supplier and arrive daily pre frozen (not sure if they then put in own freezer or if they arrive in large returnable insulated containers that keep them frozen until use)
