Hello my husband asked me to look in to ordering him some mounjaro. I have no previous understanding of weight loss injections but I went on the website chequp. I entered his stats etc and it then took me to the page to order him the injections. Is it really this straightforward? Do you not need to prove your weight? Have a doctors prescription? I am baffled!

Once you have ordered you will be asked to upload photos, depending on the pharmacy that can be a full length picture of your body to show your shape. A picture of you standing on scales, plus a photo of your ID. Some places will book you for a video consult instead. That is all then reviewed by a doctor or a prescribing pharmacist and then either approved or rejected.

Have a look at https://monj.co.uk for a list of regulated suppliers. Chequp are quite expensive I think.

He should be answering the questions himself, it's a health declaration.

SilenceInside · 14/06/2025 11:39

Yes he will need to complete the declaration and probably pay using a payment method in his name.

He'll have to at the very least upload photographs, more likely a video consult, plus driving licence/ passport id. presumably he meets the bmi criteria and doesn't have any conflicting health issues, if so then yes it is that easy.
If you haven't been asked for these yet you should be, chequp are reputable I believe so will implement any guidelines. They are the prescriber, they also inform your gp.
