First jab Monday night, I’ve had five guys, dominoes, wine…. Am I wasting my money?
I’ve had zero side effects at all.

2.5 mg makes no difference for some people but wait for the second dose that is when it kicks in.

You need to start making healthy food choices. It doesn’t do that bit for you.

Next month?, expect to lose 1 to 2lb a month. You need to be realistic here.

I meant 1 to 2lbs a weeks.

Hi OP you look maybe a size 14? You actually don't look big.
I started a size 14 13st 1lbs bmi 32.4 and I'm now 10st 8lbs bmi 26.2. I've been on it almost 8 months lost 2.5 stones, I'm averaging 1lb a week but I was also prediabetic with high blood pressure so it was harder for me to lose and I needed the higher doses.
Have you had bloods taken recently? Is everything ok as a lot of weight gain in a year could indicate a condition or could be hormonal eg perimenopause.
If you exercise you may get better losses, for best losses increase your protein and water and lower carbs. Tracking your food will help and an app like myfitnesspal will give you guides for calories and protein etc.
Takeaways are expensive as well as unhealthy, I had maybe one every 3 months even before mounjaro.
It sounds like you need to refocus and remember why you are doing this, it's for yourself, forget the ex husband he doesn't deserve your time or energy.
One month won't be enough to lose a lot of weight, tiktok has a lot to answer for with spreading misinformation. There are some that do lose a stone a month but they start off as morbidly obese so have a bigger calorie deficit and its easier for them to lose.
