Week 3-4 lost nothing

I’ve taken my fourth Mounjaro but from week 3 I haven’t lost any weight at all. This is despite very low calorie intake. And lots of exercise. This is really worrying me because I have a lot of weight to lose and I started well. Obviously I want to make long term changes but I’m worried that with diet and exercise I am not losing. Very slightly gaining.

another thing is that I ordered another 2.5 pen instead of going to the 5. I was a bit nervous but now I wish I’d gone for the 5. Although I’m not sure what else I can do. I’m taking in less energy than I’m using so logically I should be losing weight. Would higher doses make any difference?

Im going to start next week’s one day early and the same the next week. Then I’m going to use the fifth dose in each of the fist two pens to make weeks 7 and 8 into a higher dose before I order the 5.

has anyone else stalled? I feel disheartened. In the first 3 weeks I lost 6kg

Yes I use smart scales too.
I’m tracking every aspect of my health.

just that last week I lost nothing despite eating less than I used in calories.

but yes I’ve done lots of reading and research. I’d never assume someone had gone into this without any understanding.

I think maybe my post was too nuanced.

i can see why people often keep WLI use to themselves. There’s definitely an air of assumption that the user is ignorant.

But you didn't lose nothing last week. You lost more than just fat in the first couple of weeks because you will have lost water. Then your body replaces the water and at the same time continues to lose fat so the number on the scale stays the same or even goes up slightly. It doesn't mean you didn't lose weight. You have to look at the average weight loss across weeks/months, not just the week you're in. If you're in a calorie deficit you WILL lose fat. It's physics!
