Has anyone gone through habitual?

I'm now in a position price wise to explore injections 🎉 I've tried so many different things and always fail after a couple of months.

I've been exploring options and would ideally like to go through a company that does a little more then just providing the meds, has anyone gone through habitual? Is it worth it? I've also looked at she med.. if anyone has experience of either please let me know!

There are threads for Shemed starters in this section that you could read and ask questions there:

Habitual seems expensive given that it's just an app that they provide "extra", but it depends on how much you'd use the free PureGym membership, and how much that normally costs per month.

I wouldn’t t touch shemed with a barge pole! I want to be in control of my dosage etc and you don’t get that with them.

Have you looked at local, independent pharmacies? Many seem to offer the medication with a monthly check in and chat with the pharmacist which may be what you are looking for.

If not, from what I have read, Juniper seem to be the best of the online subscription ones as they actually offer a good level of support, app etc.

I started out with a subscription service that claimed to provide support but were actually not that great and I felt silly paying nearly twice the cost of other providers for nothing!! I now use an online pharmacy but it’s a small one and I can talk to a clinician whenever I want to.

I thought that it was only the clinical trial sign ups to Shemed with the discounted price who had the dosage monitored in that way? And the clinical trial isn’t open for sign up now.

Oh I didn't know that about shemed, I think I'd like some control about not moving up dose if I don't think it's needed. Will look into juniper

Hey, I've used TribElle. They're an online pharmacy specialising in women's health. They were really helpful and efficient. Got my pen out to me the next day. No subscription as well, so you can move up when you want to.

IReallyNeedThisToWork · 01/05/2025 16:04

@SilenceInside Ah maybe! I have just seen posters on Reddit saying they wanted to move up as they were having no effects and Shemed wouldn’t let them! It could well have been part of the ‘research’ cohort but for some reason I got the impression not. Someone was also just moaning that their delivery simply hadn’t arrived on its due date🤷‍♀️

IReallyNeedThisToWork · 01/05/2025 16:15

@YourQuickBee That's a new one! Where did you find them? They aren’t listed on monj but I can see they are a registered pharmacy. No prices though…

This is their website address, tribelle.co.uk I can see the prices when you look at treatments for weight loss. Its £119 for the 2.5mg Mounjaro
