Are Juniper scales accurate?

I weighed myself on Friday morning before taking my first jab in the evening. I was 19st 2. I weighed myself again today (Monday) as I wanted to see if drinking extra water had put my body water up as it was low on Friday. Apparently I have lost 6lbs, but not sure if that can be accurate after just 3 days?

They seem reasonably accurate, but one thing I have learned from using them is that my weight fluctuates by several pounds, like 5 pounds, in a single day! I never had scales before so I didn't know this.

I think they are rubbish - sorry - I bought a better set because they were wildly inaccurate even if you reweighed yourself immediately. I put them on a flat tiled floor so it wasn't the cause just think they are not reliable at all .

I’ve got Juniper scales and Renpho scales. Juniper was measuring me at roughly 500-700g lighter than Renpho back in January. As I’ve lost weight the discrepancy has narrowed a little, but I’ve roughly lost weight at the same rate on both scales. So they’re ’accurate’ in that they’re tracking movement correctly ie you’ve definitely lost 6lb but your starting & current weight may be half a stone up or down! I actually lost nearly 9lb in my first week, which was a lot of water weight. Then ever since that week it’s been a steady 1-2lbs a week.
