Asda have cut me off

Been on MJ for a year, I’ve lost 7 stone and am at target. I’ve been with Asda since day 1 and I have asked them previously about maintenance. They have even a bit vague, but have indicated they will continue to prescribe while I’m at a healthy weight.

My BMI is 21.6 so I’m still very much in the healthy range.

I tried to order 10mg (been on 15 up until now) and have been refused as they don’t deem me to need it any more.

I 100% know if I go cold turkey now I will regain, I was hoping to titrate down gradually but Asda clearly do not want to support that.

Can anyone please advise if am able to switch providers for maintenance with my current BMI? Which providers are recommended and how do I do it?

Well, second jab done with no issues. I'm away from home so can't weigh which is annoying but I'm avoiding the catered food and buying yoghurts, protein bars, cheese, nuts, chicken etc. Fruit where I can. It will be almost two weeks from day 1 when I get home so will be v interesting to see what the loss is. Been out twice to the pub and have no interest in beer. I've been peer-pressured into a half but ended up literally drinking a mouthful. I'd have had 2-3 pints before.
