I have tried losing weight and was steadily walking 5k - 10k steps daily, and lost nearly 10kg.
Sadly, I developed plantar fasciitis which has made walking difficult.
I have since gained weight from 98kg to 107kg.
Have you used any weight loss injections or pills that worked?
Thank you.

I've found Mounjaro to be very effective. I've lost 30Kg so far and my plantar fasciitis has disappeared. Your BMI is high enough to qualify as a private prescription in the UK provided you don't have certain other conditions. Prices vary from £130 upwards per month. monj.co.uk has a list of registered pharmacies that can prescribe and supply. You'll need to complete an online questionnaire and probably need to have a video call to make sure it's appropriate.

Another one here who's been happy with Mounjaro. I started it last June and have lost over four stone. Honestly, it's been life-saving and has made such a huge difference to my morale. And yes, I know I'll have to come off it (another stone to go) but starting a diet from a good weight is much better than starting it from a high weight. Although it's expensive, when you take off the cost of any treats, wine, takeaways, meals out, sweets, biscuits etc, I've found I'm better off on it than off it, in every possible way.

Thanks a lot for this information. How long did it take you to lose 30kg please?

Ultimately eating in a calorie deficit. If you do that you will lose weight. I use the lowest dose of Mounjaro to enable myself to stick to a healthy diet that means I’m losing 1/2lbs a week, which is a sustainable amount. I still feel hungry sometimes but I never enjoyed the full suppression I got at the start so definitely not going up the doses to chase it.

4 stones in less than a year is quite good. Do you experience frequent urinating or bowel movement? Or does it only suppress your appetite? Any meal plans? Exercise?
