Honest wrapping myself I feel so nervous about it. Very worried I'll feel crap on it.

Main question though, I walk a lot. 15 to 20 miles every Saturday and I'm worried I won't have the energy.

Reading this board has made me doubt my decision tbh!

I've been on it for almost 7 weeks, the tiredness is definitely a thing, but to be honest it helps me sleep better at night because I'm so exhausted.

I'm very cold on it too, especially now that I'm on 5mg.

But, I've lost a stone, I am doing more exercise, I feel amazing and optimistic, and I am looking forward to experiencing this journey in its entirety :)

So go for it, don't worry!

Edit: I also have an autoimmune disease (thyroid) and found it impossible to lose weight before mounjaro. My bloods were done recently, and everything is looking good.

@PurpleCoo 7/8 miles would be fine, it's just that I usually walk 15 plus in one go.

I have a 12.5 year old dog and it's the start of the season, so we are working our way up to longer distances for the year. I honestly don't see it will be a problem doing longer walks if that's your usual level of activity. I usually travel to walk at least once a month, and will do fells and Munros. I have a 10 days trip starting next week, and we will probably average 10-15 every day. This is our usual lifestyle. No, I haven't done those distances since starting MJ (just took 5th dose), but I have more energy than ever. I feel like it's fixed my broken energy levels associated with peri. HRT helped reduce symptoms, MJ has made me feel normal again, like I did 5-10 years ago. I feel energised and amazing, like I can walk all day
