How long does Mounjaro take to be delivered after ordering for three first time?

First time ordering 2.5 of Mounjaro through Med Express.

I ordered it last Wednesday evening.

Do you automatically get sent it and a notification goes to the doctor as standard, or does the doctor need to give a decision on whether you can have it based on your medical history?

What happens if it's delivered and you're not in? Does a couple of hours out of the fridge matter? Partner has appointment at doctors later and physio tomorrow. I'm at work all day. I really want to star this ASAP.

Also if you're a member of Slimming World will they still allow you to come to sessions whilst on it?

Oh I'm not disagreeing with you, I am just saying that you don't look it in the photo which is what matters here. I hope they approve you, but I think they might not.

Also, MedExpress are being incredibly slow, I'd have gone for another provider by now.
