?
MedExpress is the name of a pharmacy not a weight loss medication!
Do you mean Mounjaro?
Are you obese?

I would suggest starting reading some website to start with. Then research further once you have a basic understanding.

https://onlinedoctor.asda.com/uk/mounjaro.html

(I don't use Asda but it was the first site I found with a bit of info). Read it all and this will answer some basic questions to begin with - is it worth it (subjective), what are the side effects (read the link and this board is full of people talking about their side effects), contraception (read the link)

Lots of registered pharmacies that are safe to buy from on monj.co.uk

If you have specific questions not answered by the most basic research do come back.

As others have said, Medexpress is the name of an online pharmacy where you can buy your weight loss medication. Mounjaro is one of the weight loss medicines you can buy from them.

I’ve had mainly tiredness but everyone is different.

Not sure if you are wanting a review on mounjaro or med express so here goes -

Mounjaro, - this is personal - not medical advise, just what i have felt seen or read - i had one day with a upset stomach, and felt colder than usual. I think most people find water helps and avoiding fatty foods but everyone reacts differently. The medication slows down the speed which the food moves through your system. Some people find that this causes Sulphur burps as food can ferment in the gut.
You would need to check with the pharmacy with regards to the pill, but anything that can give you the runs or if you have a bad stomach within so many hours of taking the pill can effect it, it says on most oral contraception's if you have had a bad stomach you will need to use a secondary form of protection for (i think) 7 days , so can see how this would be the same - but check with someone qualified.

Med Express - I have used them and got a good service. Easy to follow instructions, was quick to confirm that i had been accepted and when package was dispatched. Packaging was a plain box and had the pen, needle tips with spares, wipes and a sharps box. They also emailed me information guide, and how to inject instructions. So would recommend them, and use someone's code(there is a separate thread for these - im on there :) )to get a £40 discount.

It is a big decision starting, so take your time, ask lots of questions until you feel excited and ready to start :)

Mounjaro can reduce the effectiveness of the pill for 4 weeks at the outset and every time you go up a dose. You’re advised to use an alternative method during this time. It’s thought that it’s due to delayed gastric emptying but the warning apparently doesn’t apply to Wegovy or Ozempic which also delay gastric emptying.

The delay in gastric emptying is more effective/significant with Mounjaro compared to Wegovy which is why oral contraceptives are impacted only with Mounjaro.
