Extreme Nausea after 8 weeks - giving up - how long until the symptoms ease once stopping?

Urgh! I’m due to take my next dose tonight and I just cannot do it! I did 4 weeks at 2.5 and 4 weeks at 0.5. I’ve lost 2 stone but I’m feeling absolutely miserable! Last week I had a really bad bout of sulphur burps, constipation followed by sickness and then diarrhoea for two days. By the Friday I was fine so took my 4th 0.5 dose on Sunday but then this week it’s been dreadful! Have been lying flat out in my bed not been able to eat or move! I’m feeling a bit better today but still lots of nausea! For anyone that’s stopped how long until I stop feeling these symptoms? Worried that I’ve done some sort of serious damage to my stomach/bowels as just can’t seem to feel better. I’m not lowering back down etc as I just can’t face feeling like I have been. It’s just not worth it!

Sorry you’ve been so poorly. If you put your jab dates into a GLP1 plotter online you will be able to work out when the drug should have fully left your system.

Thanks, I’ve tried that but doesn’t really give me much info. Was just wondering if anyone has experienced similar? Woken up again feeling so sick! Really struggling to function to be honest. Reluctant to go to the doctors as I keep thinking it will be out of my system soon and I’ll feel better.

That's why I suggested looking at a plotter as that will tell you exactly when it should be out of your system, and that is when your symptoms will stop. You're having a reaction to the drug, and you felt better on the Friday because your body had largely metabolised the dose. You've since topped it up with your dose last Sunday, and because the dosing schedule is designed to build the levels in your system over time you will have reached a higher concentration still which will take a bit longer to be metabolised. You won't have done any permanent damage. You just feel worse because the drug was at its highest ever level in your system.

I really do hope you feel better soon.
