Indigestion. Ulcer. Gall stones or Pancreas?

Just below my bra area, I have that knowing feeling and occasionally some twitches of muscles or gas. I keep needing to move my bowels, occasional lower tummu cramps too, little and often but not diarrhea. I have a doctors appointment but don't want to be fobbed off. I think it's maybe a stomach ulcer or just general indigestion, I'm not in pain just feel uncomfortable but think it's best to check out nit related to Gallstones or pancreas!?

What would you feel was a base level for reassurance? Verbal diagnosis, physical examination or refer for scan to rule out other issues?

I do know that rapid weight loss can cause gallbladder issues. Are you on a diet?

I would assume you're on either Wegovy or Mounjaro, @GLP1U5er given your username?

Have you contacted your prescriber to ask them about this? In my totally non-expert opinion, it sounds like digestive discomfort rather than the kind of pain you get with gallstones or pancreatitis. I think that kind of pain is sharper and more insistent than an occasional gnawing feeling.

If you had gallstone or pancreas pain you would definitely know about it and probably be vomiting.
GP best option for examination and then maybe some tests.

Have you stopped taking the injections?

Please don’t ask for health (or financial ) advice on social media.

If they feel it's indicated by your symptoms, an ultrasound and blood tests for inflammation markers would rule out gallstones. A blood test for lipase is the first thing looked at for pancreatitis. But yes, if either were acute you would be in severe pain, likely vomiting, likely with fever.

Always best to get checked out. But gallbladder pain is horrendous. I have never felt anything like it. They say right side and towards your back although honestly mine was all over. The worst pain was in my upper back though.
